Green artefacts in the rendered Premier movie

I try to render a movie in Premier Pro but keep getting green artefacts and glitches/lost frames.
I use a Mac Book Pro, Mac OS Monterey 12.3.1 and Premiere Pro version 25, built 61.

Please advise me on how to solve the problem.

The Mac Book Pro has 16 GB RAM, and I dedicated 13 GB RAM, but it didn't help.
