Green bars on preview window

I'm working with Adobe premier pro, and I'm getting blue bars on my "Program Monitor" or you can say video preview. I tried all the solution like changing project settings to "Mercury playback engine software only". I also tried selecting "High Quality Display" from the context menu of preview window. However, none is working.
So finally I decided to seek help from you.

Snapshot of the problem is attached

Hi deep725,

Sorry about this poor experience. We have a new version of Premiere Pro (v14.3) available for download. Please update Premiere Pro to the latest build and check if it's working properly. If you are still experiencing the issue, try these steps and check if it's helping.

  • Install the baseline Intel Graphics driver and check if it's working properly.
  • If it's still not working, open Device Manager from the Start menu.
  • Navigate to Display adapters > Intel UHD Graphics
(the name of this Intel GPU might be different depending on the model of Intel GPU installed on your system)
  • Right-click on the Intel UHD Graphics (or the Intel GPU that you see in the list) > Update driver > Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of available drivers > select Microsoft Basic Display Adapter & click Next.
  • Once the driver is updated, check if Premiere Pro is working properly.

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks,

Sumeet

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

If the file is variable frame rate, which although Adobe says it will support, many users are having issues with VFR.

Use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:
