Green frames on proxy creation with Encoder

Im exporting proxies from a mp4 4k footage (i dont know the camera model). I've tried to h264 and apple pro res, and whenever I render it, it comes out with green frames all over. It even displays the green frames on the preview.

What am I doing wrong? What could I do diferently?
