Green section at bottom of clip, and double image appearing

Hi ive had no problems with importing before this but suddenly when importing footage from OBS there is a weird border at the bottom. Also the image seems to be duplicated side by side with a difference sequence. I do not think it is the OBS recording doing this as I changed from mp4 to flv to mkv and the same problem occured. I also changed from mercury playback engine GPU to software with no luck. 

Please help 😞
