I am wondering if anyone else is having the same issue as I am with Premiere 2019. Here are two snap shots of a video I brought into Premiere 2018 and 2019.

Premiere 2018 no problem at all.

Same video, date and time. Anyone having this issue with Premiere Pro CC 2019 (v 13.0.2)???

    Easy fix:

    Green or purple streaks appear in the Source and Program monitors
