Green stripes issues

Everything I try to preview on "source" or in the sequence have GREEN STRIES wich are vibrating on all the preview screen. I can't work anymore, and I didn't find an answer on the web 🤯

And I can't switch the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only, I only have on option
