H.264 export won't save to iphone 8 camera roll in Premiere Pro 14.2.0

I am exporting videos for Instagram using Premiere Pro 14.2.0 (recently updated from an earlier version). I use H.264 and AAC, which is meant to compatible with iPhone 8 and has always worked for me in the past. To transfer the exported videos to my phone I have tried Slacking them to myself and saving from Google Drive, both methods that have worked previously. While the videos do play, the option to save to camera roll isn't available as it has been in the past.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there something simple I'm missing?
