Hard drive advice

Hi, I have a project with a total of over 20TB of raw materials, all 4K. I need to know what is the best hard drive that can handle this amount of problems and high speed on Adobe Premiere and what is the best way please give consideration.

the best? definetly an SSD raid. several SSDs connected together to form one big SSD
