hardware encoding issues

Question

everytime i am rendering through hardware during export, it is showing eror at the same point of time, but through software encoding it is getting exported very easily but taking a bit time.....plz help me out

Before really helping we must have decent information or we're throwing darts blindfolded after being spun around. NOT ... wise. What's your system hardware? OS/CPU/GPU and GPU driver?  What's your sequence media and all effects used? What's going on in your sequence at that point in the timeline? And have you tried rebuilding that section? Have you dumped all cache files as is normally a first troubleshooting step?
