Have To Press Right Arrow Twice To Get To Next Frame

Hi, I'm working with 59.94p footage shot with the Canon R7. When loading it in Premiere 2024 on a 59.94p timeline I have to press the right arrow twice to get to the next frame. It seems to be doubling every frame when playing back. "Show Audio Time Units" is not checked.

    I figured it out. My shutter speed was on 1/50 instead of 1/125 if this helps anyone else out.

    Thank you for replying with what worked for you.

    The thing to double-check when going to the next frame or the previous frame is the timecode.  If that's changing and the picture is not, then it's something to do with the source footage.  If that's not changing (for example, Premiere Pro remains on the same timecode value after pressing the keyboard short cut for next frame or previous frame) then there's either something happening with Premiere Pro, the operating system, or the keyboard.
