having problem running the premiere pro

hi guys
i have a big problem
i downloaded the premiere pro but i cant open it
thats the last version 2026
not just premiere every adobe that i want to open for example adobe audition they tell me the same error except adobe acrobat reader(this opens!)
the error = the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). click ok to close the application
my pc details:
windows 11 pro
medium cpu
graphic card = geforce gt 630 (2 gigabyte)
ram = 8 gigabyte
and i have 800 gig free space
what should i do guys
