Viewing PQ content in a PQ timeline with Display Colormanagement and Extended Dynamic range monitoring checked renders a image that is too dark vs reference.

using a prodisplay XDR with Sonoma 14.0  on premiere pro  24.1.0

I measured patches using a spectrophotometer and for some reason the viewer is just overall too dimm.

1000NIT PQ patch renders at just 350 NIT

800NIT PQ at 250NIT

500NIT PQ at 160NIT

50NIT PQ at 18 NIT

Confirmed correct rendering by davinci resolve , autodesk flame and FinalCutpro X

and there I found the issue  "HDR Graphics white" is by default set to 203 NIT, which then somehow dimms everything, setting this to 100NIT results in a correct output
