I've done a bit more experimenting and the only thing I can suggest is to use a website like: textreverse.com

to pre-reverse the text and then paste into the Premiere templates.

'Basic Lower Third' uses Myriad Pro for the font.

If I copy/paste some hebrew (from google translate) then it appears as unavailable characters. This is presuambly because the font doesn't contain hebrew characters.

Is your template using Myriad Pro? Even if I switch my UK keyboard to Hebrew and start typing I get the same result.

Hi

Thank you for trying so hard to help.

I have Myrad Hebrew so I can change the font to Hebrew and still use the template,

but it will type in reverse even when I try to change direction from right to left. ad

It works as I had written above only if I edit my own title.

Which template are you trying to use? There are limited fonts which have hebrew characters and so the template would need to use a font which supports hebrew - most don't from what I can see.

Are you typing the text or copy/pasting? In my limited experience of copy/pasting arabic, the characters reverse and so you have to pre-reverse them before pasting into Premiere. I had a little application that used to do it but it was a while ago.
