hello everyone, I have a problem in premiere pro

I use a xeon kit with an E-5 2666 v3 processor, 1050 TI graphics card, 32 gigs of RAM and I use the latest version of premiere pro

have you tried to reset your preferences?    and reset or change your workspace.   Might help if you tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card.  

my effects and presets tab won't open at all do you know anything about it?

I think it's a good idea to switch to davince resolve

nothing happens, I've tried deleting and installing the app and nothing happens, I've tried double-clicking on sequence and nothing happens

what happens when you double-click on the sequence icon?   You can also right click on it and choose "open in timeline."
