Help: clips became unsynced after importing

All of the clips after the first one are unsynced from the audio. I was running a single system set up but had the onboard mic on as well and both the boom audio and the camera audio are equally out of sync in premiere. It's only in premiere. When I watch in pot player or any other media player it's perfectly fine. I can re-sync the audio with the video but it's annoying and I don't think I should have to do all that. Does anyone have a fix or at least an explanation?
