HELP! Duplicated Program Monitor

Question

I have a 2 screen set up at home. I was using a different keyboard, it's smaller and I accidentally pressed a short cut that seems to have duplicated my program monitor onto the 2nd screen. This would be okay except it's also a quarter over the 1st screen.
I don't know what I pressed or how to get rid of it, does anyone know???🥲

Try resetting the Workspaces:Reset a workspaceReset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.1.
