Help! Export pictures/text blurry & low quality

I'm having a lot of trouble with my Premiere Pro film. When I export all my text, graphics, and pictures drop significantly in quality. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong as the images/text used are sharp and detailed when in/using Premiere Pro, but when viewing film post export it's low and fuzzy.

Please help!
