Help! Export too slow - hardware acceleration not supported by Mac Studio M1 or wrong settings?

I urgently need to finish rendering a film and....

I have Mac Studio (2022) M1Max 

Yesterday I could render my 25 Minute video in a few hours. Now it says 20 hours, which is not an option.

I'm not sure if I changed some settings (bit depth maybe) - but I think last time hardware accelaration was enabled (?)

Now I get the notification that hardware accelaration is not supported by my hardware for the current settings.

Very much appreciate help!
