Help finding new project dialog box

Hello,

I just started with Premiere Pro. When opening a new project how do I have the new project dialog box appear? It's taking me directly to importing media. I've attached a screenshot of the dialog box and of what I'm seeing when starting a project. Appreciate the help.

Your first screenshot is of an earlier version : no longer applicable.

Simple way it to skip the Import tab.

Give your project a name, set location and hit OK.
