HELP! How can I fix these weird black lines that appear when shadowing subtitles?

I don't know what's going on with all the Ws and Ms! I need my subtitles to have black borders, but these strange lines look awful!

Any ideas on how can I fix this?

Which version of Premiere Pro you have? Have you created these subtitles inside Premiere Pro?

Sorry, Yes.

Its Adobe Premiere Pro 2018 v.12.0 Haberdasher (compilation 224)

I created all the Subtitles inside Premiere, I used "Open Subtitles" (23.976 fps) (1920 x1080)

I used a #8 border.

All letters are fine except for Upper Case Ms and all Ws
