HELP! It looks that I lost all my project on Premiere after updating the version

Hello ! 

after i updated Premiere pro because i up dated my macOS, it 's terrible i lost all my project that was stored on creative cloud. and i even didn't stored it 

do you know if there is any possibility to get access again to my project? it must be no ?
