HELP ME!! Tracks are moving on export!

Hello, when working In Ppro when I export my movie in premiere. My text tracks will sometimes move, or my audio will be out of sync. Even when I took the time to MANUALLY  sync it. If anyone has any answers pls let me know!!

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:

If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake before bringing into Premiere.
