Help!!! My footage is 60 fps and I made proxies... Premiere Pro

To have smoother workflow because I shoot 1080 10 bit R6.

I made and attached proxies in H.264 low rez 540.

I attached the proxies but when interpret my clips to 23.976 my proxies are still plaing back at 60 Fps.

Do i need to change the framerate of my proxies??

Probably not a good idea to be re-interpreting frame rates after creating proxies. Use retiming options on the timeline instead.
