Help! Premiere Pro crashes right after importing media

Hey Guys,

I'm in need of some help!

So yesterday i only got grey screens (see pic below), so someone advised me to reinstall my NVIDIA driver.. i did but now PP keeps on crashing.

Please help!

Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60 GHZ

NVIDIA GeForce GTZ 960M

I tried it, but now i can't even install PP.

Here's what i got:

And if what Ann is telling you is not the issue, reactivate the Composite video option, just in case.

Well i already fixed that problem, but now it just keeps crashing.

Especially when i want to import media.

You need to wait until the project is loaded before doing anything. (see bottom left and right)
