Help, Premiere Pro isn't opening

Good Morning All

I uploaded Creative Cloud and installed Premiere Pro this morning, all seems to be working fine. But when I clicked on Premiere Pro, it gives the following message on a pop up window:

Something went wrong!

This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you're not connected to the internet. Please check your internet connection and then try again later.

 

The above message is wrong because my internet is fine otherwise I would not have been able to download the Adobe Creative Cloud or the Premiere Pro software.

I own a Macbook Pro M1 and I'm running Sonoma 14.1.1

Any help or advice would be appreciated. I can't find the page to contact the Technical Team either which is ridicilous.
