HELP!!! Sequence ClipTrack error 591???

Help. I keep getting this error message. I have a tone of editting to do and delver to my clients and this is stopping me.  Everytime I want to enlarge a clip this happens. I run the software on the latest i7 PC. I seem to have endless problems with Abobe.  Can anyone help or offer a way to fix this?

    Please import your original project in a new Premiere Pro project.
