HELP!!! Strange Error Premiere and AE Links

I was working on a lyrical video that I was trying to learn from via this video

everything was going well and I finished the lyrics and effects but when I went to premier it said in a big red screen "Media Pending" or Media Offline" 

The color matte that I linked as an After Effects comp was pink. 

I saved my most recent version in AE. Then tried to relink by right clicking the color matte late and clicking Replace with After Effect COmp" [which I did at the beginning] but now this strange error WONT GO AWAY. It keeps popping up and I had to try and close things or CTL-Z as I kept clicking ok but I pressed SAVE AE File because that popped up between repeating Strange errors. 

Now I can't access all the work I did for the past 6 six days. 

And the premiere file that I repeatedly went back and saved opened to an EMPTY project.....

What did I do? Please help
