Help synchronizing audio (in a pinch)

Hi all, I have got several tracks I am syncing from three cameras, camera one (red arrows) is the "master track" and I need the other tracks to sync to it. However, everything keeps trying to sync to yellow and moving the red track around which moves all the other cuts out of alinement. PLEASE how do I get the red track to stay where it is and the yellow tracks to move to it?
