Help synchronizing footage with audio

I need help synchronizing Raw footage with .wav files from an external audio source. I can't seem to select the synchronize tool as it's grayed out. is there really no way other than individually? ive seen that i can't do it with multiple audios on the same track. how can i quickly put everything on their own track if necessary? i'm on a one day time crunch if anyone can please help me. i have looked at youtube and forums and help sites. i cant find a fix that wont take a century to do.
