Help us in improving Premiere's editing experience - Audio/Video Sync Issues

Hi Everyone, 

We have observed quite a few issues reported around Audio/Video sync, we need your help in improving Premiere's editing experience for these footages.

If you’ve noticed any AV Sync issues, please share details in this thread:

Helpful info to include:

• Device and hardware details
• OS / App version
• Source of media - Camera, Screen recording tool like OBS, etc.
• Media location  - local or network.
• Media properties like format, codec details, duration, etc.
• When the issue happens (always / sometimes / after pause / after seek, etc.)
• Any workaround you are doing to overcome this problem.
• Short screen recordings (if possible)
• If possible please share any such sample media or project
