Help -Video Plays fine in Premiere Pro But the video plays slower than audo after exporting

Question

I am a novice working with Prem Pro for about 15 projects. All have been fine until now.

I edit as usual, then I export to h264 (Match source High bitrate)

But now in all of my 'complete projects' (exported and rendered) all of the video runs at a much slower and noticeable rate than the audio. Its like two different files running.

I also noticed that the rendering takes twice as long now, probably due to the longer delayed video playing I assume.

Anyone know what I did wrong or more importnat, how to correct?

One standard working suggestion, the adaptive bitrates are really in many ways preferable. In fact a lot of the editors I know use the adaptive medium for their H.264 needs for YouTube/socials.

And with the other stuff Bob suggested (great suggestions, follow them!) ... add an image into your reply of your Export dialog settings. And drag/drop all images directly into the reply box that you type into. That way they appear in the post.
