help with copying and pasting keyframes: attributes out of time

I have a few keyframes I wanted to copy and paste onto multiple other clips, but when doing so the keyframes aren't the exact timing anymore: instead of having the keyframes be one second apart, they are instead changed depending on the length of the other clips I'm trying to paste it onto. Is there a fix for this?

I have also tried making it into a preset and applying it but it's the same issue.
