Help with Export/Output settings (360 vid with motion graphics)

Hello anyone

I am having huge quality problems with exporting to h.264 from Premier and media encoder. (not mention the AE issues with h.264)

I have spent 2 full days sifting through the internet and have not be able to trouble shoot or solve this problem.

I can not for the life of me retain high quality images within the video after export. Lossless files have crisp edges. Export version has horrid jagged edges along shapes and text. Way more than usual. This does not happen when I export normal HD films at 1080p. See images below to see what I mean.

Comp resolution 4096 x 2048

As you can see the difference in everything from colour to sharpness is pretty drastic, and I have no idea why.

Working on Windows 10 pc with latest version of Adobe After effects premier pro and media encoder.

I'm currently experimenting with 360 video and am trying to add motion graphics over some 360 video.

I am using the Mattel 360 Plug in to set up my comps in after effects.

The are rendered out as lossless files

I then compose everything in Premier and use Media encoder to port.

I have also exported the comp form AE to media encoder and I get the same results

Image below shows my export settings (media encoder)

I ma completely stumped by this. I have seen many examples on line where everything is crisp and clear using the above settings.

If any  one can help that would be great. Otherwise this might be a unique problem I will have to face alone

crank up the bitrate in the export high as possible,

    check render at max depth

    check use maximun quality

seems logical, 2 days searching? where? in a dark container?
