Help with Freezing in Premiere Pro after updating to Windows 11

Hi! I’m looking for a solution to freezing inside of Premiere Pro, lagging on the timeline, and frozen exports. I’m running Pr version 26.5.2. My timeline involves lots of effects, but before updating to Windows 11 this week my system was able to handle it.

Here are my device specs:

Device name    DESKTOP-1ANHRT5
Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10850K CPU @ 3.60GHz (3.60 GHz)
Installed RAM    64.0 GB (63.9 GB usable)
Graphics card    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti (12 GB)
Storage    11.68 TB of 27.29 TB used
Device ID    CE867579-32F5-4772-89BE-A151D9CEC1F6
Product ID    00330-80000-00000-AA598
System type    64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch    Pen support

NVIDIA Studio Driver Version: 617.42

Edition    Windows 11 Pro
Version    26H2
Installed on    ‎10/‎14/‎2026
OS build    26300.9711
Experience    Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.372.0

3rd Party App in use:

Boris FX Continuum

The sequence timeline involves many opacity effects.

I’ve opened Premiere holding shift and checked all the boxes - and the project exported.

However, that disabled my Boris FX effects.

I’ve cleared the whole cache and done a clean install of Boris FX, and rebooted. However the project will not export again. I’ve tried pre-rendering, but even that gets stuck.

Any ideas?
