Help with purchased template

I am very new to PP. But it is very intuitive. I downloaded a template from a subscription service and added Logos and PNGs. I'd like for the 2 Logos and 3 PNGs to be a bit longer to give viewers a moment to read but can't figure out how. Here is the bumper I've saved so far

Also added Project Snipit in case that would help
