Help with template

I recently downloaded premier and grabbed a template I want to use for a project, I can edit the text, but what I haven't been able to figure out is how to change the pictures in the template. When I go to edit media there isn't an option to replace it.

Open template in Properties Panel instead of the Effect Controls then you will be able to add images to the placeholders.
