help with wrap stabilizer GPU CUDA accelerated

So we have the most updated NVIDIA drivers and adobe premiere.  It says in the adobe help that warp stabilizer now uses cuda cores for gpu acceleration.  We can't seem to find where you enable this.  We have the mecury engine set to GPU CUDA.  So when the final edited video is exported it does use the GPU.  What I am trying to understand is the analyzing of frames.  When you drop the effect in the time line and it starts to analyze does it use the GPU for that now or just still the CPU?  I don't feel Adobe is very clear on either how to enable the gpu for that or if the gpu is even supported for analyzing and all the gpu does is help speed up the exporting process that has warp stabilizer already applied to the clips.  Thank you

Analyzing is done entirely on the cpu.

Export is done with cpu and gpu.
