Hi Everyone! Quick question! Anyone know of a way to isolate a specific part of a clip? Like make someone walk forwards while everyone else is in reverse?

I've seen an example of this, but it was done by having the subject walk backwards while filming, and then reversing the footage.  It looks like the subject is the only one walking forwards.

I've done it the way Trevor says.  Had one subject doing some fancy gymnastics while another in the background walked backwards.  Reversing the footage made the walker look normal and the gymnast doing some really fun things.
