    Hi,

    This may be related to a known issue with newer AMD drivers and the Radeon RX 9060 XT. Other Premiere Pro users have reported that the GPU is not properly detected with recent AMD Adrenalin drivers.

    Try rolling back the AMD driver to Adrenalin 26.3.1 WHQL, which other RX 9060 XT users have reported restores GPU detection and hardware acceleration in Premiere Pro.

    You can also check Help > System Compatibility Report in Premiere Pro to see if it reports any GPU or driver issues.
