HORRORTRIP! Why does Adobe not fix or address the Problem of Libraries not showing in Premiere Pro??

It baffles me that inspite several users reporting the same problem there seem to be no reply let alone a solution to the following Problem. 

 

Accross all my Adobe apps I can access my Libraries that are stored in the Cloud. The Cloud says also that all Libraries are synced. 
But in Premiere the entire Libraries Panel is just EMPTY - not showing anything... 

Why is this not being addressed , fixed or just answered by Adobe... 

Isn't accessing Libs across Adobe apps an ESSENTIAL FEATURE... 

I am really, really upset about this... 
It shows Adobe's arrogance and disregard for our needs !!!

If this can help:

I clicked on Explore Libraries, I get redirected to Creative Cloud Desktop - > Libraries.

I click on any library, get redirected to its browser, then I click on Add to your Libraries.

I tried Adobe Color 2021 library for example and I can now access it from inside Premiere Pro Libraries.
