How can I adjust a layer so that a passing person doesn't disappear?

I have filmed a front of a house and a woman who's passing by and enters the house. Unfortunately I afterwards discovered that I' m beeing seen in of the windows... I order to fix that I created an adjustment layer and decreased the opacity and it looks good; I'm not there anymore. The problem is though: when the woman is passing the window she partly disappears behind the window that I masked and that looks weired of course. I have tried to move around the footage, layer and graphic - it doesn't change anything. Can anyone help me out?

Hi!

If you have access to After Effects, I recommend trying the Rotobrush or Mocha AE to separate the subject for a few frames when they walk in front of that window in case masking in Premiere Pro doesn't work out for you.

Thanks,

If I get the Probel right:

Duplicate the clip with the woman on top of everything. So on the top track. Then in this clip draw a mask around the woman only when she is passing the window.

Oh, thank you very much, Sven! I'll try this right now and tell you if it worked.
