How can I bring this panel

Hi,

I am following a tutorial to learn. The tutor has a panel where he can see the keyframes. I dnt knwo Why I am not having this same panel. where is it? I googled and it says ''select the desired video or audio track on the timeline, right-click, and choose "Show Clip Keyframes.". But I dnt want to see keyframes on video, I want tos see it beside the Effect controls.

Please help me.
