I want to create my own set of effects for Premiere Pro . How can I create and edit .prfpset?

    If you save effects out of the Effect Controls panel, they will appear in the Effects panel, under the Presets folder. From there you can right+click on one or more of the presets and choose to Export Presets... to a .prfpset. There is little to do to edit them once created beyond the name, description or the type.
