How can I fix the start point and the end point of the video box in Youtube Shorts, or fix the position of it?

Because as you can see in this photo, the position of video boxes in Shorts same person uploaded are all identical, and I don’t know the way to do it. Take a close look at the red line I marked at a photo please.
