How can I get my Adobe Premier Pro CS5 to communicate with Media Encoder CS6?

Hey,

I recently used Apple's Time Machine to port over all my Adobe CS5 & CS6 applications from my dead MacBook Pro computer to my new Mac Mini with High Sierra. All Programs work well except for when I try to use Media Encoder CS6 in conjunction with Premier Pro CS5...

When I press Command + M, I get a dialog box saying that there is a updated version of media encoder available via adobe.com. (Seems simple enough right?) But when I attempt to download it, it does not take?

So0o trying to move forward, I click "OK" and the prompt goes away and the normal export option menu appears. From here I can export a single video at a time. However when I click "Queue" Premier shows a progress bar comes up, fill up then disappears, BUT Media Encoder CS6 does Not respond. (Even though Media Encoder is already open).

Attempting to be slick, I go and try opening the file via Media Encoder CS6 itself. This is when I am greeted with an error message stating, "Could not connect to Adobe Premier Pro. Please verify the Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Dynamic Links are installed".

I searched Google for solutions to no avail. Then called Adobe customer service to which they told me that they do not offer phone support for CS5 programs anymore...

PLEASE HELP !!!

Dynamic Link only works between the same version, so CS5 to CS6 will either not work at all, or will not work properly
