How can I load projects from a old account to a new account in Premiere Pro?

Hello, I had premiere pro through a friends account, he didnt use it so he let me use his account. i have a lot of unfinished projects (i believe i still have the project files in a folder) if i sign up with a new account could i somehow sync those project folders? i am on mac
