How can i permanently cancel my membership and request a refund?

i've been charged for the first monthly fee, but i wasn't satisfied with the service at all, the application was super slow to use. Everytime i have to wait at least 15 min to start editing. Can someone help me to cancel my membership and refund to me. i contacted the live chat, but they refused to refund. the whole experience was just really frustrated.
