How can I rotate a video in Premiere Pro CC

I see how to do so in CS6 but I don't see the "Camera View" effect under Transform on the CC as I do on the CS6.

    If you highlight the desired piece of video on your timeline, options will appear in the top right hand panel of your Premiere window (Effect Controls). Look for MOTION. All of your movement, scale and rotate options are in there.
