How can I send my Premiere Pro sequence to my email?

Hey! I have a problem. My pc is acting up so I can't upload a YouTube video on it. I'm trying to send the Premiere Project file to my MacBook Pro by email. I did the project manager and it didn't work. I probably didn't do it right but it doesn't include the sequence or jpeg file.  I managed to send the audio file to my MacBook Pro by email but the sequence I don't know how to. The source files are the original recording, the sequence, the audio file and the jpeg image. I don't know how to send the sequence.  Can somebody help me please? Is there an easier way to send it to my MacBook Pro? Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it.

Can you export out of Premiere on that PC? If so, just export the sequence to file, then move that file.

Premiere sequences and projects are simply text files about the assets involved, and for sequences, the bits used and any effects applied. They don't "include" the assets ... video, audio, graphics files ... they simply reference where the program finds them on the computer.
