How can locate ICLOUD DRIVE in Premiere Pro 2022

Premier doesn´t recognize ICLOUD DRIVE, only google drive, or Dropbox, but no apple cloud. Somebody know how can get this?

Thank you. Currentlu run adobe premier in iMac. But iCloud save is not available

Try making a symbolic link in a folder that Premiere can see to the folder in your icloud. Open up a Terminal window, then drag the folder you want to link from a finder window into the Terminal window - this will give you the path to where the folder lives on your computer's harddrive. Then open a second terminal window and drag the folder where you want the link to end up - this will give you the absolute path to the destination folder. Open a third Terminal window and enter the following: ln -s /PATH_TO_ICLOUD_FOLDER /PATH_TO_DESTINATION_FOLDER

use copy and paste to get paths copied across from the first two windows.

Hit "enter"

You should end up with a symbolic link in your destination folder which has the same name as the icloud folder which behaves like a regular folder, but which is actually pointing at your icloud folder. Premiere can see this.

Command line whizzos probably don't need to do all the separate Terminal window stuff, but it works for me

What you are suggesting is *EXTREMELY* dangerous. I know, because I just finished cleaning up the OneDrive vs iCloud feedback sync loop this symlink caused. Most Win 10/11 systems have OneDrive on and tightly integrated by default and Onedrive is very aggressive in controlling files. I thought having an easy access symlink would help get me to iCloud faster, but OneDrive actually starts deleting files as it attempts to sync the new folder. I had to meticulously undo the damage (10+years of files were wiped) fortunately iCloud has a 30 day restore feature. **BEWARE** of random tips found on the internet!!

I have exactly the same problem and don't find any solutions.
I am wondering why we two are the only ones having this problem?
I stored all my work-data on my iCloud (2TB for 10€) and have them synced and accessable everywhere. Just perfect. Only within Adobe Premiere i have the problem, that i cannot access the folder, because it wont be shown "as folder" only in the sidebar. But that isn't possible, or? The folder must be "somewhere" to be found? But where?

I have had the same problem for years now. Working with large files and folders everyday and at some point during my project I will have to relocate entire folder on local harddrive in order to find missing files since my cloud based options like One Drive and Icloud wont show up in Networks. The path simply isn't reconizeable.
I hope this will soon be fixed. Come on - this is 2023
